This time of year, the phone starts ringing from guys who want to have a tract of land to call there own to hunt on.  Usually peaks just after deer season, when hunters are fed up with trying to enjoy hunting on public lands where over crowding and lack of game is the norm.

Personally, I never hunt on public land.  As a wildlife biologist and consulting forester, I have clients who will let me hunt when they are not on the property.  Since I have usually done some of my majic on the habitat, I rarely go out and not see the game I am after or have some sort of interaction.  My deer food plots and and wildlife habitat improvements.

As a land brokerage firm, we at Ceglar Realty understand what you need.  We are avid sportsman and can look at a tract of land from a hunter’s percpective.

If you are ready to buy land for recreation and timber as well as oil/gas investment, give us a call.  Our unique understanding of the market and the special needs of recreation and investment land buyers will help you through your search, purchase and, ultimately the habitat and timber  improvement.  Your land investment will provide you with a safe place to put your capital as well as a place to relax and enjoy the outdoors.

If you are looking for land, please consider entering into a buyer’s borker agreement with us and let us help you find that perfect tract of land.

If you are ready to sell, please allow us to offer you our marketing services.  As land specialists, we can prepare a portfolio on your property complete with an appraisal, timber cruise and mark the boundaries and create quality maps so that a buyer can make an informed buying decision.  This will get your land sold as quickly as possible for the best price possible.
